Fermentation: 17 vats from 20 hl to 70 hl.

Each vat contains must from a single

variety and vineyard plot.

 

Aging: 145 units of 225 liters french oak

barrels and 15 units of 225 liters american

oak barrels, reserved for Syrah.

 

 

Closure: Natural cork.
