VITICULTURA:
The vineyards, wines and the winery have all the ecological certification granted by the CCPAE and guarantee the sustainability with the application of the standard ISO 14001-04. 15 year old vines planted with a density of 3,500 vines / Ha. Royat double pruning. Production between 3,500 and 4,000 Kg / Ha.

VINIFICATION:
The grapes are manually harvested with boxes of 10 to 15 kg. Destined and macerated for 2 hours in cold, then bled and fermented in stainless steel tub with temperature control, maximum 20ºC. Cold spontaneous clarification and very gentle filtration to remove any suspended particles.

TASTING NOTE:
COLOR: clear and with a greenish border, shades of intense yellow, typical of the brief maceration of the film.
AROMA: Citrus notes, fruity and white flowers, reminiscent of lilies, scented.
PALADAR: Fresh mouth with volume, long and fragrant.

SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS: Consume between 8oC – 10oC

PAIRING – GASTRONOMY
It goes well with creamy cured cheeses, seafood cooked naturally or without spices, blue fish; Rice with mushrooms, poultry and seafood.
